We had a crazy big project planned for Saturday and realized at about 20 minutes to closing time we needed 2 more yards of rock. We were an 18 minute drive away from them... No way we would have made it in time. We called in and TYLER agreed to stay there late for us! He was so great and really really helped us out. We have now placed and online order with circle M as well as picked up 3 loads in person. Each time they have been extremely professional and helpful. Not to mention we compared prices with SEVERAL companies and circle M was by far the most competitive in the spokane area. We will continue to use them for all our needs moving forward. Thank you TYLER!!!

Stopped by the North location yesterday and found a small line, which allowed me to appreciate the employee's quality and attention to detail. The lead for the day, John, was efficient while listening to each customer's needs and concerns. When it was my turn, he helped me select the right material based on a small sample I had brought in for matching the rock our landscaper used last year. He then carefully loaded it into my new truck, using extreme caution to not damage anything. He even leveled the bucket sides so no rocks would fall off and hit the side of the truck. His assistant, Danny, was great as well; it appeared John was mentoring him on loading and procedures and precautions, and both of them worked well together. Thank you, John. It was a pleasure to have you assist me. Keep up the great work!

I am restoring old trails and building new ones on my 20 acres of paradise and John at the Northside location has been the loader and the one to answer my questions about which materials are the best for certain conditions- even asking about my progress. If you’re looking for landscape materials- this is the place to go. Friendly, fair, and fast.

Great experience working with Circle M. We needed a significant amount of commercial top soil and turf builder to finish a hardscaping project, and did some research about the different suppliers around us that had delivery options. It was easy to get in touch with Thomas about getting quotes for all the different materials that we would need, and they were able to get a truck scheduled quickly to come out with our first round of materials. Our property is situated on a pretty steep slope, and Mother Nature decided to throw a couple of March curve balls that made our yard access road less than ideal, including a random heavy snowfall that melted in 48 hours. Our delivery driver, John, made a solid effort to see if he could get the first load where we wanted, but decided ultimately that the better choice would be a different spot on our access road a little further down. We were able to push out the other loads of dirt to Monday to give the road time to dry out, and fortunately John was able to get the majority up the road to our ideal location on Monday. We ended up adding three trucks to our order, and needed to push a couple out because of the weather delays, but it was a super

I just got done with another project today which Circle M provided the landscaping materials. Between Danny, who calculated this project almost to the half yard, which was incredibly impressive., and Eric, the driver, friendly, these two folks really made this project, let’s just say a little less obnoxious than normal spreading landscape material by oneself is and not necessarily a lot of fun. But I’ll tell you that Danny and Eric really did make this go a lot easier and I really appreciate them. Needless to say as a repeat customer for Circle M, it is my intention to remain a repeat customer for them. The customer service is great. The people are friendly, delivery is on time - What more can I ask for? They’ve just done an amazing job for us over three or four projects now. I don’t generally do reviews of anything unless I’m really impressed, and these folks they are impressive. The question now is, how much more rock could I possibly spread in this yard and not get in trouble with my spouse :-)
